Bouquet
Bright purple in colour with very attractive, cooler climate plum aromas coupled with just a hint of aniseed.

Palate
The palate is smooth, rich and very tasty with plenty of youthful plums and dried herbs together with fine grain tannins on the finish, making it a very appealing wine.

Pairing
Being young and vibrant this wine is an excellent match for all but the spiciest of foods, be they meat based or vegan.

Cellaring
This young wine will continue to evolve over the next 3-5 years and will be enjoyable as a mature wine for many years thereafter.
